Warranty and complaints


The legal guarantee applies to all items that you purchase from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can expect in all fairness. A factory warranty also applies to some products. This warranty does not affect the legal guarantee.

Complaints and disputes

We want you to be satisfied. Do you have a complaint about one of our products or services anyway? Please inform us by emailing to info@ucella.me. Describe your complaint as specifically as possible. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt within 2 working days. Within 14 days we will respond substantively by e-mail and/or contact you to reach a solution. If the nature of your complaint is such that resolving requires more time, we will indicate this within the period of 14 days.

If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via the consumer complaints form on Thuiswinkel.org (Dutch Home Shopping Association). Consumers can also submit a complaint to the EU Disputes Commission via the EU ODR platform. This is only possible if your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere.
